What is on the Protoflow Supplement Facts panel?
The panel gives a serving size of 2 capsules, 30 servings per container, two vitamins with Daily Values and twelve lines with a weight and no Daily Value.
We typed the label out from the flat label image so that a search engine, a screen reader or a pharmacist can read it. The picture above is the vendor's label render, and the text below it is our copy. If the two ever differ, trust the bottle in your hand.

Serving03
What is a serving of Protoflow?
A serving is two capsules, and a 60-capsule bottle holds 30 servings.
The directions read "As a dietary supplement, adults take two capsules daily with water." All amounts on the panel are per serving, not per capsule. If the maker filled each capsule equally, one capsule would hold half of each figure, such as 37.5 mg of niacin. The label does not say it is split that way, so we mark per-capsule figures as an assumption.
That matters when someone takes only one capsule. Half a serving is half of everything, and the label does not say that it is safe or useful at that level. Equally, taking four capsules doubles the niacin to 150 mg, which is well beyond the 35 mg upper limit (NIH ODS, Niacin). Stick to the label and do not exceed the suggested use.
Daily Value04
Why do only two lines have a percent Daily Value?
Only vitamin E and niacin have a Daily Value, because the Daily Value is set for vitamins and minerals, and plants have no such value.
The panel shows 87% for vitamin E and 469% for niacin. The plant lines show a dagger or a blank in the percent column. That is normal and does not mean the lines are unsafe. It means that no official daily amount exists for them, so the weight is the only guide, and without a standard it is hard to say what is a lot or a little.
The niacin figure stands out. A Daily Value of 469% means the serving holds nearly five times the amount that most people need. The NIH upper limit from supplements is 35 mg, and the label has 75 mg (NIH ODS, Niacin).

What are all the Protoflow label amounts?
Fourteen lines, from 13 mg of vitamin E to 250 mg of hawthorn.
The twelve plant and other lines add up to 1,531 mg per serving. Add the vitamins and the total of listed active lines is 1,619 mg. Capsules also hold the other ingredients, so the fill weight is higher.
Other ingredients06
What are the other ingredients in Protoflow?
Rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, soy protein concentrate and water.
These are the carrier, capsule shell and flow agents. Gelatin makes the capsule non-vegan. Soy protein concentrate is an allergen and must be declared. Magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide help the powder flow through the filling machine. Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate and the amount is not stated.
The sales page says "100% free of chemical coating and other non-essential fillers" and "Non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free". The label does not support the vegan claim, and the filler line is a matter of definition. Our legit check page sets out all the conflicts.
- Headline“Protoflow 24/7/365 Prostate Support”The bottle front says 'Optimal Flow Support†' with the FDA statement. No trial has tested Protoflow, and a supplement is not a prostate treatment. (Protoflow sales page) (FDA, Information for Consumers on Supplements)
- Sub-line“supports the normal functions of the bladder, prostate and reproductive system”Structure and function wording is allowed with the FDA statement, but saw palmetto, the herb most often sold for the prostate, did not help urinary symptoms in NIH-funded trials. (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto) (Barry et al., JAMA 2011) (Cochrane, Serenoa repens for BPH)
- Fillers“100% free of chemical coating and other non-essential fillers”The label lists rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin and soy protein concentrate as other ingredients. (Protoflow sales page)
- Diet“Non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free”Gelatin is made from animal parts, so the capsules are not vegan, and soy protein concentrate is a major allergen. No gluten test is printed. (Protoflow sales page)
- Speed“Incredible results in RECORD TIME!”No trial and no timeframe are named. The 60-day refund window is the only time limit that is printed. (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
- TestimonialsStories about sleeping through the nightIndividual stories are not evidence, and waking at night has many causes. The FTC bans fake or unsupported reviews. (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews) (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews) (MedlinePlus, Nocturia)
Claims as printed on the sales page (Protoflow sales page) and the label. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Not on the label07
What does the Protoflow label leave out?
It leaves out the manufacturer, the plant parts, the extract ratios, the form of niacin, and any lab results.
The label names a distributor, PhytoThrive Labs of Aurora, Colorado, and no factory. It names no certifier, even though the web pack shows badges for good manufacturing practice and a registered facility, which we treat as brand badges and not as proof (see testing and quality). The lot reference PRO-26/PR-6060 and the certificate reference PRO-6060-26-PR are seller references and not lab results.
The FDA does not approve supplements before sale and relies on the maker to be truthful (FDA, Information for Consumers on Supplements). That is why we read the label so closely. When a line is missing, we say so rather than fill the gap.

What is the serving size of Protoflow?
The serving size is 2 capsules, taken daily with water. A 60-capsule container holds 30 servings.
What is the total of the plant lines?
The twelve lines with no Daily Value add up to 1,531 mg per serving. The largest amounts are hawthorn and epimedium, 250 mg each.
Why is the niacin percent so high?
75 mg is 469% of the 16 mg Daily Value used on labels. It is also more than twice the 35 mg upper limit for supplements.
Does the label say how much is in each capsule?
No. All amounts are per serving of two capsules. If the capsules are filled equally, each holds half, but the label does not say so.
Is there a gluten-free statement on the label?
No. The sales page says gluten-free, but the label panel we read has no such statement. Ask the order desk if you have celiac disease.
Where is the expiry date?
Our label render shows no expiry date. Check the bottle for a lot and date, and ask the order desk if none is printed.
Who is named on the label?
PhytoThrive Labs, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, is named as the distributor. No manufacturer is named.
