The sales page says orders ship within 24 hours, and customers have reported delivery in 5 to 10 days.
These are the seller's and customers' figures, not ours, and we cannot check your delivery. A weekend, a holiday or a remote address can add days. Orders are sent after the payment clears. Once the package is out, you should get a tracking number by email, which you can also ask for from the order desk.
Plan ahead if you want to start by a set date. Order at least two weeks before a trip or a doctor's appointment where you want the bottle in hand. Remember too that the 60-day guarantee clock starts at purchase, and shipping uses up a week or more of it.

We could not confirm any shipping outside the United States, so ask the order desk before you try to order from another country.
The free-shipping offer is described for US orders. For other countries the sales page gave no rates, times or customs terms that we could read. Duties, import rules for supplements and the herbs on the label vary by country. If you live abroad, ask the order desk, check your own import rules and think about whether a refund would be practical, since the bottles must be shipped back.

How do you track a Protoflow order?

The website inbox cannot see orders, so please do not send tracking questions there. The order desk has the order, the address and the carrier. If a package shows as delivered but is not there, check with neighbors and the building office, wait a day, then call the desk and the carrier. If the box arrives damaged or the safety seal is broken, do not use the capsules. Take photos and contact the order desk.

How should a Protoflow parcel be handled in extreme weather?
Bring it indoors soon after delivery, since the label asks you to store the bottle in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F).
A parcel left on a hot porch or in a mailbox in summer can pass that temperature. Gelatin capsules can soften or stick together in heat. If the capsules look sticky, clumped or discolored, do not use them, and call the order desk with a photo. In very cold weather, let the parcel reach room temperature before you open it, and watch for moisture.

What if your Protoflow order is late?
Wait until day 10 from the ship date, then call the order desk with your order ID and ask for the tracking number and the carrier's last scan.
The sales page says customers reported delivery in 5 to 10 days, so a parcel on day 7 is normal. Weather, holidays and carrier volume can stretch it. Check your spam folder for the shipping email, check the tracking page, and check that the address on the order is right. Typos in a street number or a missing apartment number are common causes.
If the parcel is lost, the order desk can start a trace or a replacement. Ask what they will do, and note the name of the person who tells you. If you have waited more than two weeks with no tracking movement, you may ask for a refund, though the sales page ties refunds to returning bottles, so ask how that works when nothing arrived. Keep the dates, because the 60-day window runs from purchase.
Do not pay a second time to speed things up. Do not click links in texts that claim to be about a Protoflow delivery, as those can be scams. Real notices come from the carrier or the order email, and you can check the tracking number on the carrier's own site.
