Protoflow E-Book Bonuses: The 4 Free Guides, Checked

The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs include four digital guides at no extra charge, according to the sales page.

The titles are Supercharge Your Body, Biohacking Secrets, 10 Ways To Turbocharge Your Testosterone and a 1-Day Detox Guide. The cover on the brand pack reads 24 Hours Detox Guide, a small difference in naming we note without making much of it. The 2-bottle pack does not include them.

We have the cover images from the brand pack and one-line descriptions from the sales page. We have not been given the e-books themselves, so we cannot review what they say. That is why we keep judgment short and caution long here.

1.
“Supercharge Your Body”A guide on immune system support, activities and resources
2.
“Biohacking Secrets”A guide on using technology and biology for energy and focus
3.
“10 Ways To Turbocharge Your Testosterone”A guide the sales page says is 'proven to work'
4.
“1-Day Detox Guide”A guide the sales page says can 'completely wipe out all heavy metals'

Four digital e-books come with 3 or 6 bottles, per the sales page (Protoflow sales page). We have not read them. A guide is not medical care, and no e-book can stand in for a doctor's visit.

Because they are two of the most common areas where supplement marketing runs ahead of evidence.

The word detox suggests that the body holds toxins that a product can flush out. The body already clears waste through the liver and kidneys, and the claims of quick removal of heavy metals by a guide or a product are not backed by the sources we use. If you have a real concern, for example a job or hobby that exposes you to metals, ask a doctor about testing. The advice then follows the result and not a slogan.

Testosterone is a similar case. Levels vary with age, weight, sleep and illness, and low testosterone is a medical diagnosis made by blood tests. A guide of ten tips may include good general habits, such as sleep and exercise, and it may also push supplements. We have not read it. We note that tribulus, the herb most linked with testosterone, has mixed results in the sources we used (MSK, Tribulus terrestris). If you worry about low testosterone, a doctor can test it and discuss options.

As general reading, not medical advice, and never as a reason to change or stop a medicine.

E-books bundled with supplements often cover diet, sleep, exercise and stress. Some of that is sound. Be careful with anything that tells you to take extra supplements, to fast for days, to stop a prescribed medicine or to use "detox" products. Check any health advice against a source such as NIH, MedlinePlus or your own doctor. Keep taking prescribed medicine.
