Protoflow on Trustpilot and the BBB
We could not confirm a Trustpilot or Better Business Bureau listing for Protoflow or its distributor that we can cite, so we quote no star rating or grade. Check the sites yourself and read them with care: a BBB rating is not an endorsement, and review platforms contain both real and manipulated entries.

No rating01
Why do you not show a rating?
Because we could not confirm a listing we can cite, and quoting a star score from memory or from a brand pack would be a guess.
Ratings change daily, and a listing may belong to a different company with a similar name. We prefer to publish nothing than to publish a number we cannot source. If we later confirm a listing with a link and a date, we will say how we found it and show the score with the date of reading.
BBB02
What is a BBB rating?
A letter grade from a private nonprofit based on factors such as complaint history, time in business and responsiveness, and not a government approval.
The BBB's grade can be affected by whether a business replies to complaints. A business can pay to be accredited, but accreditation is separate from the grade. So an A rating does not mean the product works, and a lower grade does not mean the product is unsafe. Read the complaint text, not just the letter.
Review platforms03
How do review platforms work?
Anyone can post, businesses can invite reviews and platforms try to filter fake ones, with mixed success.
The FTC's rule bans fake and AI-generated reviews, buying reviews and suppressing negative ones (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews). Platforms have their own policies. A page with a handful of five-star reviews posted in a week, or a flood of one-star reviews from a dispute, should be read with care. Look at the pattern over months.
At a glance04
How should you read a ratings page?
| Look at | Why |
|---|---|
| Number and spread of reviews | A few perfect scores can be staged |
| Dates | Bursts suggest campaigns |
| Detail in text | Specific details are harder to fake |
| Company replies | Shows how problems are handled |
| Verified purchase labels | Better but not perfect |
Which company05
Which name should you search?
Search Protoflow, PhytoThrive Labs and ClickBank separately, since the product, the distributor and the payment platform are different entities.
Complaints about ClickBank orders in general are not about Protoflow. Complaints about a similarly named product are not about this one. Match the product name, the lot or the order details when you can. If you find a relevant, dated complaint, read how the company replied.
Capsules never stand in for a drug. Share the label with your doctor.
Check06
How do you check them yourself?
- Search the brand name with reviews and complaints
- Search PhytoThrive Labs by name and address
- Read the newest and the oldest entries
- Note how the company responds
- Compare at least two platforms
Spend ten minutes on this before a large order. It is cheap insurance.
Regulators07
Where are the more serious sources?
The FTC, state attorneys general and the FDA publish enforcement actions and warnings, which carry more weight than star scores.
The FDA lists warning letters and tainted products (FDA, hidden drug ingredients). The FTC publishes cases and consumer alerts. A search of those sites for the brand and the distributor takes a few minutes and tells you whether a regulator has acted. We found nothing we could cite, which is a limited finding.
Our rule08
What is our rule for ratings on this site?
No ratings, scores or quotes until matched to real orders, with the source and date shown.
This rule is spelled out on our review pages and in our editorial standards. If you find a rating on this site without a source, tell us. We would prefer to be corrected than to mislead. Write to [email protected] with the page and the passage.
Bottom line09
What is the bottom line on ratings sites?
Check them yourself, read the text and weigh regulators above star scores.
We cite no rating because we could not confirm one, and we will not invent one.
