Why do you show no reviews?
Because showing invented or unmatched ones would be deceptive, and a fake review is worse than none.
The brand pack includes small customer photos, and the sales page speaks of satisfied men. We have no way to match any of them to orders, so we leave the cards empty. Each card has slots for a name, text and stars, to be filled when the seller confirms real orders and permission.

Where do people look for reviews?
On the seller's page, retail sites, forums, video platforms and review sites, each with its own bias.
Seller pages show curated praise. Forums can show real complaints but also coordinated posts. Video reviewers may be paid. Read at least three kinds of source, and treat extreme ratings at either end with care. A mixed set of ratings with detail is more believable than a wall of fives.
Never stop a drug for this. Tell each prescriber about the capsules.

Why are supplement reviews tricky?
Because symptoms vary, placebo effects are strong and a review cannot show cause.
A man who feels better after a month may credit the product, while others never mention that they also cut evening drinks. Reviews of urinary products are especially prone to this. The best use of a review is as a source of questions and side effect reports, not as proof of benefit.

They are the most repeated claim in reviews of prostate products, and we treat them as sales claims here.
MedlinePlus lists many causes of night-time urination (MedlinePlus, Nocturia). A review that credits a capsule for fewer night trips cannot rule them out. Compare it with your own diary instead.
