The Protoflow Label Explained, Part by Part
The Protoflow label has a front claim, directions of two capsules daily with water, a Supplement Facts panel, other ingredients, an FDA statement and the distributor's address. Read it in that order and check the bottle in your hand, because the bottle governs when it differs from any picture online.

Front01
What does the front of the label say?
The brand name, a short claim such as "Optimal Flow Support†", the count of 60 capsules and the dagger that points to the FDA statement.
Claims on the front are structure and function wording, which describes an intended role of a nutrient, not a treatment for a disease. The dagger tells you the claim has not been evaluated by the FDA. Read the front as marketing, and the back as information.
Directions02
What are the directions?
"As a dietary supplement, adults take two capsules daily with water", with a caution to consult a physician prior to use if you take any medication.
That is the whole instruction. It also says not to exceed suggested use. There is no stated limit on how long to use it, no food rule and no age guidance beyond adults. Anything more detailed is advice from us and from the pharmacist you ask.
Panel03
What is on the Supplement Facts panel?
| Part | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Serving size and servings | Two capsules; 30 per container |
| Vitamin E and niacin | 13 mg and 75 mg, with daily values |
| Twelve other lines | Amounts in mg, daily value not set |
| Dagger | No daily value established |
The supplement facts page has the full table.
Other ingredients04
What follows the panel?
The list of other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, soy protein concentrate and water.
These are the capsule and filler materials. Gelatin means the product is not vegan, and soy protein concentrate matters for allergy. If you have a food allergy, this is the part of the label to read twice.
FDA statement05
What is the statement at the bottom?
It says the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Information for Consumers on Supplements). The statement is required where structure and function claims are used. It is a signal for the reader to treat claims as unproven. Nobody should read it as an endorsement.
Distributor06
Who is named?
PhytoThrive Labs, 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, as distributor.
The label does not name a factory, and a distributor and a maker are not the same. For questions about the sale, use the order desk. For questions about the makeup of the capsule, write to the seller and ask for the maker's name. The batch verification page has a checklist.
Lot07
What do the lot and certificate references mean?
Lot PRO-26/PR-6060 and certificate of analysis PRO-6060-26-PR are references supplied by the seller.
A lot number lets a company trace a batch, and a certificate of analysis reports test results for that batch. We have not seen the certificate. Compare the lot code on your bottle with the one here, and ask the order desk for the document if you want proof.
Prescriptions come first. Ask your pharmacist before you start.
Check08
How do you check the label against this guide?
- Photograph the front, back and lot code on arrival
- Compare niacin and ginkgo amounts line by line
- Check the other ingredients for your allergens
- Report any difference to the order desk and to us
Write to [email protected] if the bottle differs from our description.
Bottom line09
What is the bottom line on the label?
A standard supplement label with several details left out, which are worth asking about.
Read it, photograph it and keep it with your order records.
FAQ10
Questions on this topic
