Protoflow Customer Feedback: What Counts and What Does Not

Quick answer

The brand pack includes eight small customer photos, but we publish no names, ratings or quotes until they are matched to real orders. Our eight review cards are empty slots. Genuine feedback is dated, specific, mixed and tied to an order, and it is one input, not proof that the product works.

The photos01

What does the brand pack contain?

Eight small customer photos, without names, dates or text that we can match to orders.

We use each photo once, on its own card, at a small size. The cards carry fill-in slots for name, text and stars, which stay empty until real, confirmed feedback is added. An empty card is a promise that we will not invent content to fill it.

Why empty02

Why not just write a few reviews?

Because that is the exact practice the FTC now bans, with civil penalties.

The rule covers fake and AI-generated reviews, fake social media indicators and buying positive reviews (FTC, Final rule banning fake reviews). Even a reviewer who is real but unpaid must have actually used the product. Our editorial standards say the same, and we repeat it here for clarity.

At a glance03

What counts as feedback?

Criteria04

What would a good piece of feedback include?

  • The order ID and date, checked by the seller
  • How long the person took the capsules
  • What they noticed, good and bad
  • What else changed in their routine
  • Permission to publish

We will edit only for length and privacy, never for tone.

Limits05

What can feedback not show?

It cannot show that the capsules caused a change, or that the change will happen for you.

The CAMUS trial and Cochrane review of saw palmetto found no effect beyond placebo, though many men in the placebo groups felt better (Barry et al., JAMA 2011) (Cochrane, Serenoa repens for BPH). That is the strongest reason to treat feedback as soft evidence, and to keep your own diary.

Keep taking prescribed medicine

Capsules never stand in for a drug. Share the label with your doctor.

Night claims06

What about stories of fewer night trips?

They are sales claims in the seller's material, and we label them so.

Night-time urination has many possible causes (MedlinePlus, Nocturia), and a personal story cannot sort them out. If you hear such stories, use them to start a conversation with your doctor, and compare with your own diary.

Send yours07

How do you send feedback?

Email the website desk at [email protected] with your order ID and a few honest sentences.

Say whether we may use your first name only or a nickname. We will confirm the order with the seller before publishing and will publish critical views too. We cannot offer rewards for feedback, since the FTC rule forbids rewards conditioned on a positive review.

Alternatives08

Where else can you find feedback?

On independent retail sites, consumer complaint boards and your own network, each with its own biases.

Read for patterns across sources and not for single stars. A product that appears in many places with similar detailed experiences earns more trust than one with a single glowing source. See our post on reviews for tips.

Privacy09

How do we protect people who send feedback?

By publishing first names or nicknames only, if at all, and never an order ID, address or health detail the person did not choose to share.

Health information is sensitive. We ask for the minimum, delete drafts after review and explain how we use your message on our privacy page. If you change your mind, write to us and we will remove your words from the site without argument.

Bottom line10

What is the bottom line on feedback?

Real, matched, mixed feedback is welcome, and the empty cards wait for it.

Until then, rely on the label, the research and your own diary. If you have used the product and want to share how it went, good or bad, write to the website desk and we will handle it with the same checks and the same care that we ask of every other claim.

Do you pay for feedback?

No. The FTC rule forbids rewards conditioned on a positive review.
